MN Pre-assignment for Protective Agent

This online Minnesota Protective Agent Pre-assignment training course (PPA 160) has been approved by the MN Board of Private Detective and Protective Agent Services and therefore meets the mandated pre-assignment training for protective agents/security officers as delineated in Minnesota state statute and administrative rules.

This online course covers all requisite topics for security officer or protective agent pre-assignment training, and is broken down into the following primary modules: Minnesota Private Detective and Protective Agent Statute and Administrative Rules, Security Overview, Legal Authority and Liability Issues, Communications, Ethics, and Incident Assessment and Emergency Response. Underneath each module are both educational lessons and knowledge checks. The knowledge checks or quizzes must be passed with a minimum score of 80%.
